A couple of months ago I had the worst case of the flue ever.

I was busy at work, and didn't have the time to stay home and therefore i visited Joe & The Juice

This is a popular juice bar right acros work. They make these great juices and also ginger shots. Before I got my own juicer I used to buy Gingershots all the time when i felt a little sick.

Well... They made me a tea, so I could get better quick.

This is my replica of their tea, and I looove it. 

a piece of ginger 1,5 cm x 1,5 cm

1/2 apple

6 mint leaves

2,5 Dl water

Blend it all, and heat it in a microwave!

Drink and enjoy.

Info! - this is a bit thick with the apple and spicey due to the ginger.

Lush Lashes

Sorry for my absence lately, but I had the most crazy time. I hope to get to post more often the next period :)
