Hello my name is Majbritt and i'm a ginger addict.
I need to state the fact that I love ginger. In food, drinks, perfume, soap, you name it. Ginger is a funny root which has a unique flavor and scent. It also have many benefits that we can use to be more healthy in our daily life.
This is how it looks
- Relieves nausea - Can be used as a remedy against nausea with morning sickness and even nausea from chemotherapy. It soothes a queezy stomach.
- Arthritis - relieves inflammatory and pain, gives a warming effect which comforts and soothes :)
- Digestion - it helps neutralize acids and stimulate the movement of food from the stomach into the upper small intestine.
- Cold and flu prevention - coughs, flues, asthma and shortness of breath. Also it removes mucus from throat and lungs.
- Fights ovarian cancer - it induces cell dead in all ovarian cancer cells which it is implied. it is as effective as chemo but without the side effects.
- Lowers cholesterol - which prevents blod clots. Has the same effect as an aspirin but without being hard on the stomach.
- Prevents migraines - reduces frequency and strength of migraine attacks.
